I have four old Nexel I1000 plus. They're like new with all accessories.
Should I toss them or can anyone use them? Trying to clean out the garage!

Here in Atlanta Ga, you can donate them to the "battered womens fund".
Where they are given out so they can be used to call "911".
The drop off point for this is "Whole Foods Markets" and I believe
you can drop them off at the "Sprint/Nextel Direct Connect" stores
    as well.
If you are not here, you might look for something similar in your area.

I knew about the battered womens thing and I even asked the local
Nextel/Sprint store. They acted like I was crazy! Good idea though, I'll
check around and see if there is a drop off point....thanks!

You can also drop off used wireless phones to RadioShack where the money
for recycling phones is donated to the National Center For Missing and
    Exploited Children.

Call Nextel's customer care. Nextel donates the phones to the American Red
Cross so deploying and returning service members can call their families.
