I want to cancel my Nextel accounts. My contract has been up for
awhile now. Will they make it difficult for me when I call? Should I
handle the call in any particular way? Will they claim they cannot
help me right now? If they try any tricks, what should I do?
Will take any advice.
Thanks.

just keep saying you want to cancel, they will probably go through soe sort
of thing aking what is wrong and blah blah blah, mabye even try adn give you
a better plan (with FREE minutes) once you get to the cancelation dept. they
throw you a LOT of bones (I've been there a few times because they seem to
be the only dept that throws any bones at all) but just keep politely saying
you want to cancel, you don't want 1000 extra minutes, you don't want that
fancy enw free phone, you just want to cancel, shouldn't be too hard.

Re: Cancel Service
They won't try any tricks and they won't give you a hard time, but they will
try to retain you as a customer.
