free ring downloads

Hi hope you can help. My mobile ringer would not be heard behind a bus
ticket even tho I have the volume to max. Was looking for another ring tone
(loud) but all I can see are ones that you have to pay to download. Is
there such a thing as a free download for mobiles. Sorry for seeming so
stupid. Thanks in advance for any good advice proferred.
