Where are 'high quality' polyphonic ringtones for a Nokia 3650?

I am looking for 'high quality' polyphonic ringtones for my Nokia
3650; specifically rock & roll, voice ringers, etc., that are easily
accessible from the USA. I don't mind paying for them, in fact, I
expect too. But, a google search returns 1000's of sites that are
worthless and most of them have poor quality tones. There are a few
good ones I have found, but only have the 'new' music. Matrixm.com is
an excellent cite for poly's and graphics, just not the selection I am
looking for. Ziggy.com is OK, just a limited selection. Any
recommendations?

Also, how easy is it to take an mp3 and convert a snippet to a midi
file and then use that as my ringtone? Are there converters that do a
good job of that?
