nokia bluetooth purge program?

I read somewhere that there is a program available from nokia that purges
all bluetooth settings and keys, and lets you reinstall from scratch. I
think I need to do that to get my cheap non-branded widcomm powered dongle
to work .. evenwith the patched belkin drivers im not having much luck ..
maybe a fresh start will help ..but I can't find this app ..anyone have a
direct link?

otherwise what about going into bluetooth and getting rid of all paired
devices and starting again
