nokia 3100 question

I would be very interested in upgrading to this phone this month, but some-one
has said that it doesn`t have a volume control to turn up the loudness when
wanting to hear the other caller.
Is this true?
If it is, then i`m sure the pre-set call level is loud enough to hear?

Call level volume is fine on my Nokia 3100 and yes you can alter the volume
whilst in a call ( using left and right arrows )
