How to change logo in N3650? I've tried with SeleQ as in the instrucions
given but it didn't work, still had the same logo as before the change.
At te moment I have a basic - black operator logo and don't know what to do
to get other logo like this or a colorful one.
Anybody knows what to do about it?

Operator logos are to be copied into the following directory:

    C:\System\app\phone\oplogo\[OP_LOGO_CODE.bmp ,

where OP_LOGO_CODE is your operator specific ICC ID number, for example
    222_10_0.bmp (for Vodafone in Italy).

Your logo has to be 97x25 pixels large.

The easiest trick is to download FExplorer ( http://www.gosymbian.com/ ) and
use it to set a BMP image file as an operator logo and you don't need to
know your operator's ICC ID (FExplorer knows most of them). You just select
the image file and FExplorer will set it correctly.
