Turned on my Nokia 3360 a few days ago. It powers up goes to main
screen, but keyboard is not responsive. Shows full battery charge,
shows signal strength varying. Pressing all keys at random causes
screen to blank and back light to come on and screen blanks then in a
few seconds the light turns off and screen is still blank, unit
appears to be off. I visited the AT&T store, they tried a new
battery and informed me my warranty was up and I needed to buy a new
phone.
I had removed battery over night, no help. I just took off front and
back, in can depress keys but not everything works, then while i am
attempting to establish a pattern the phone goes blank and then i
have to power it up again. I can hear a beep before it goes blank.
I can use any and all help,
