    Hi,

    I have the following equipment:

    Nokia 6310i - Firmware: v.5.51 (checking it with *#0000#)
    IPAQ 5550 with build-in bluetooth.

I would like to use the IPAQ as a speakerphone but I can't get it to work.

I've enabled the bluetooth Audio Gateway on the Ipaq, and when I select
"Search for audio Ascessories" (menu: 11-2) I can see my IPAQ. If I try to
establish connection to the IPAQ it returns the error "Bluetooth connection
    failed".

I got no problems in connecting the IPAQ with the 6310i, nor using my laptop
    (IBM T40) as speakerphone.

    Any suggestions??

    Regards

    Hans Christian Ove

Hoes does this work ? Does the 6310i think that the Ipaq is a BlueTooth
headset device ? If so, perhaps they're not paired correctly.

I don't think its a pairing issue, because I can get the ipaq to use the
6310i for Dialup networking and Serial connection. Wouldn't it be right to
conclude, that if the bluetooth connection is working ipaq => 6310i it
should also be working the other way around 6310i => ipaq?
