I purchased an IR dongle to connect my 6800 to the PC. Everything
installed correctly, but the applications can't see the phone. I go
to MENU=>CONNECTIVITY=>INFRARED to activate the signal. I have the
infrared tray icon notifying me that the phone is in range, and it has
been identified as the 6800.
Is there an extra step that I am missing? Any help is greatly
appreciated.
Thanks

Have you installed PC Suite? It's needed as well.
