Nokia MBC-19 for 6600

Hi,

Does anyone have this carholder?
How is it attached to the car? (screws, glue ??) Any pictures?
Can it be easily detached and put in another car?

It is attached witch for screws. I use only 2 (is enough) because I did not
like to distroy my dashboard. It can easily be removed.
