n-Gage charging

My daughters N-Gage (9 months old) never seems to charge fully with the
charge bars constantly strobing to reflect its recieving charge, I've
put a new battery in just in case the battery was dead but the issue
still seems to be there despite being left on charge for 24 hours+.

Any ideas? Is this a known issue?

r u using the ngage charger or just a standard nokia charger?

standard nokia chargers cannot recharge the gage fully or well...you need
the 'fast' chargers

my 3310 nokia charger takes 8 hours to charge my ngage without any programs
on...
