Please, try the following:

1) Read your phone's SMS info on your PC
2) Make sure, that messages in 'Sent Items' in our programs are set to
'Phone' memory location (you can change it with right click)
3) Press 'Write to phone' button.

Does it store outgoing messages in 'Sent items' folder on the phone itself?
