    Bonjour

I have a Nokia 8210 and it worked very fine for the last 4 years.
Suddenly when I turn it on, it doesn't connect to the network anymore.
On the display there is only the battery indicator and the two symbols of
    "Menù" and "Names".
I've tried to change the sim card but the problem still persists.

Does anyone know what is the problem?
Is it worth while to repair it?
    I'm very fond of it.

    bye

    these are notorious

could be just the aerial, get one for about £3 on ebay...you will need a t6
screwdriver possibly to help you do this..if not that then you are looking
at possible software problem (reflash about £10) or failed chip on the board
(chuck the phone..not easy to do yourself and will cost £20 or more to fix)
