We can offer much easier way: if it is allowed by License Agreement for
conversion application, you can read it with Oxygen Phone Manager II (
http://www.opm-2.com/ ) and load it to Nokia 3100. Trial version allows to
upload JAVA midlets with 'Phone' -> 'Load file to phone' option and full
version has full-featured JAVA manager.

We support Infrared, DKU-5 and F-Bus connection for Nokia 6100 and DKU-5 and
F-Bus connection for Nokia 3100.

PS: we don't guarantee, that 6100 applications will run on Nokia 3100. Also

ones.
