No, doesn't work for 503/8146 banana phones at all.
Just get 'code error'. Shame because Italian's want 8146's
to use on their GSM1800 networks.

Try emailing www.pc-mobile.net in HK, they used to have an extensive
range of Nokia leads, I'm sure they used to have dualbus 8110 / 3110
leads up to 1999.
Maybe they can find an old stock for you?
As you know you'll need dualbus or Mbus for Nokia tool 035 to work

Hi Steve
from what we've been told dualbus cables don't work, just M-Bus only.
Have got the tool 035 but not the m bus cable yet.

Depends on the cable, early dualbus Fbus circuitry sometimes interfered
with the Mbus, solved on dualbus leads made after about 1999.
Of course all were copies as the genuine Nokia ones were Fbus.
Mbus only, will guarantee no Fbus circuit to conflict.
If you take a recent PS2 dualbus serial lead, and make a head yourself from
a 8110 plug with Mbus connections
