    Hi,

I have a 9210i communicator and it synchronised perfectly with my old
computer running windows XP. I have now got a new laptop running XP and when
i put it in the cradle and try to synchronise it sends the CPU to 100% and
takes an hour to do a simple calendar synchronisation. I have tryed
uninstalling and reinstalling and it does the same thing. Im not sure why
this would be as the same version on a different computer worked fine.

When installing the software i had error messages with registering the
    agnssync.dll, psiocvif.dll, psisht.dll and psiword.dll files. I manually
registered them using regsvr32 but this didnt seem to fix the problem. Can
    anyone help?

    Thanks
    Andrew

    Just a hunch:

Many Laptops have sophisticated power management features which can be
set to extend battery life at the expense of system performance.

Make yourself familiar with the power management features of your
laptop. Look for "maximum speed" settings and such.
