Changing 6230b firmware - 850 Mhz to 900 Mhz

Hi,
I recently bought a Nokia 6230b, which supports GSM 850/1800/1900. I would like to tweak its firmware to use 900 MHz instead of 850 MHz.

Can this be done?
Any tips and help will be appreciated.

Nope. Can't be done with firmware alone - you'd need to make some major
alterations to the hardware as well.

How much would you want for it..? I'd be interested in a phone covering
those frequencies for my visits to the US.
