HELP: NEED TO CRACK 3100 FOR OTHER SIM CARD...!!!

Hi,

I would like to know how can I enable the use of
a foreign SIM with my nokia 3100 phone.

I am an Orange customer and they locked the phone
for any type of SIM card which donsen't belong to them....
