I just bought a Nokia Car Kit CK-7W to go with my Nokia 6620. It's installed
in the car. It works fine using Bluetooth.
When the car kit cable is plugged into the pop port, the 6620 starts to
charge, then displays "Enhancement not Supported".
This is disappointing, since the 6620 web page says it works with the CK-7W.
The CK-7W says it works with the 6620, and with 'any phone with a pop port'.
Any idea what's wrong?

Just a thought - is the data lead the right way round into the bottom of the
phone holder ?
Sorry can't be of much use otherwise....

Nokia support (quickly) sent me back an email saying that the 6620 was only
compatible with the CK-7W via Bluetooth, and not through the pop-port cable.
Bummer.

Indeed. Makes you wonder what the point of a pop-port is.
Looks like I'll be sticking with my 6310i/CARK-91 for a while longer
then..!

So that you can use the same car kit with pop port phones that are not
bluetooth enabled. I sometimes wish my CARK 616 had the pop port cable
connections so I could use it with other phones aswell.

But the CK-7W HAS a pop port cable. It charges the phone properly, but
while charging, the Bluetooth is disabled AND the phone will not use the
pop port connection to handsfree.
