Hi there,

please forgive me if this has already been asked but I'm quite new to
this. My boss has given me his 7610 which he only used for a couple of
months and I have noticed the number 6 needs to be pressed down harder
than the other keys. It's not a major issue but can be a paind when
texting. Do you know if this will sort itself out with use? Would
getting a new keypad and fascia help? One of the pegs on the fascia is
half as long as it should be, looks like it snapped or something so the
cover isn't on as tight as it should be. Could this be the cause of it
or do you think I might need to get it repaired?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
