I want to put a higher capacity card in my 6230i. I know its mmc but is it
'reduced size' ?

the 6230i uses standard size mmc cards, if you use an rs mmc card in
it you will need the adapter to make it full size.

You dont need an adaptor it still fits, obviosuly if you dont have a
data cable then you'll need one for useage in a card reader.
