i think you are talking about netmonitor which can be activated using a
special software connected to your nokia phone. try google for your
specific model.

drive at safe speeds and you wouldnt feckin need one.

If you have to drive fast then you have to invest in your protection:

1. For laser guns there's Blinder M20 Xtreme
2. For radars there's Valentine (take newest model).

This is proven to work in Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Austria and Italy. I
had it in my previous car. Now I'm married with two children and drive
