I inserted the memory card into my Nokia 6680 phone the other day and
    realised
that i could now use the quickoffice software. My question is this, how do i
download an Excel file from my PC into Quicksheet on my phone. Please can
someone talk me through this step by step.

    Thanks
    Jon.

    Hi Jon.

The first thing you need to do is go to the Nokia web site & download
PC Suite. This will allow you to browse your phone's memory form your
    PC.

Secondly, you need to decide which type of connection you are going to
use to connect the PC and the phone. I tend to use Bluetooth as it's
easier than having cables everywhere (got enough of them for iPod,
    digital camera, etc, etc.

Once you've established the link, you can browse your phone, as if it
were a removeable drive on your PC, so you can drag & drop or
cut-n-paste files from your PC to your phone.

Be aware though that, as far as I recall, the QuickOffice version on
your phone only allows you to view documents, not modify them.

    Cheers

    Glenn

Easiest way is to buy a USB card reader for the same type of
memory card and use that to copy files from the PC to the card.
When you put the card back in the phone you should be able
    to open them.
