i have nokia 3220 (that is series 40, isn't it?) and i have an USB data
cable and nokia pc suite. how can i edit and store notes on my
computer? i had tried oxygen phone manager II (i had only a demo
version, so i couldn't test notes feature) and had it only worked once,
then it couldn't connect. is there any other way of doing that?
i would also like to save a webpage on my phone so that it could be
viewed offline. as i know, this is impossible.

Hello!
Oxygen Phone Manager II for Nokia phones supports all CA-42-capable Series
40 version 2.0 phones (i.e., Nokia 6220, 3220, 6020, 6021, 6070 etc.) via
non-original PL-2303 ProLific-based cables. These cables are cheap and you
can buy them via e-bay. The most latest PL-2303 USB-to-Serial port drivers
are available here:
http://www.prolific.com.tw/eng/downloads.asp?ID=31
We are working under full CA-42 cable support for these phones. We support
DKU-5 and CA-42 for Series 40 version 1.0 phones only and we provide full
DKU-2 and CA-53 cables support for DKU-2 and CA-53-capable phones.
These non-original cables are produced by many companies. For example:
Nok 7210 cable by X3 Accessories:

USB Nokia cables from Nobby (designed for TDMA 6560, but is compatible with
GSM 3220 model):

We aren't affiliated with these companies anyhow.
Best regards, Maxim Vyalkov.
