Yes, the Nokia N-Gage has Bluetooth fitted I believe to enable wireless
gaming (how cool is that!). In fact I think all the Nokia series 60
phones do and that is one of many great reasons for choosing these over
any other Nokia offering. There is also the released 8910i but the
phone is a bit lacking otherwise.

Nokia series 60s seem to have the following:

TFT screens (208 x 176 pixels)
16 channel MIDI polyphony
Bluetooth and IR support
Most have cameras (I don't think the N-Gage will)
Expandable memory (except the 7650)
GPRS
Virtually unlimited SMS and contact storage (dynamic)
Caller photo ID
JAVA games
Symbian OS game/app support (so better than JAVA here - can get stuff
like Doom, Worms, etc.)

So to answer you, looks like the N-Gage will support it out of the box,
definitely one to watch out for as it's got some wicked features
(specifically gaming but very similar to the others like the 3650 or
7650).
