This is a pretty basic question, I think, but for some reason I can't
get my brain around dual-voltage appliances.

A few weeks ago I bought a Nokia 3650 kit on Amazon for service with
T-Mobile. The converter says "Input 100-240V," so I should just be
able to slap and adapter plug on it and use it abroad (Europe, New
    Zealand, Australia), right?

Thanks in advance...eventually I'll figure all this out!

Yes, only thing to worry about is NOT the voltage.....it's whether the
charger plug fits the foreign socket or not
