6210 ringing problem

Hi, I seem to be having a problem with my 6210 recently in that when I get
SMS's I get the normal SMS received ring tone but when I am receiving a
phone call the screen flashes and there is no ringing sound and the phone
does not vibrate. When I check the ringing tones in one of the set-up
messages, they all ring as normal, have tried going through all of the
various options in general profile but I must be missing something or maybe
there is a fault of some kind. Has anyone else experienced such a 'fault' ?

My 6210 has the same flaw. I then switch it off and on again, and hope
it works next time. :-(
