Weird 6310i Text Problem

I added a new number into my phone recently, and when that person called or
texted me, their name would come up. Suddenly this stopped, and when they
call or text their number just comes up. I deleted the number and recreated
the entry. There's no other entry with this number. Using F/W 5.51. Any
ideas on a cause?

Check that there are not two entries for *either* the number *or* the name.
i.e. one in the phone and one in the sim memory. Had the same prob here when
there was two records for the same number or the same name for one numbers.
