the volume of the phone is set at it's maximum (5)
the phone let's you hear how loud that is,
and it's loud as it should be

but when somebody calls the ringtone isn't as loud anymore,
it's more set like 1 (the minimum)

this is happening since today (after 6 months working correctly)
[i downloaded 2 ringtones]

anybody can help me out ?
what can be done ?
