Last time I emailed SprintPCS to find out about the release date of
the SonyEricsson T608 I was sent a web survey on their eCare customer
service. eCare only deals with emails sent to [email protected]
on sent through the website.

Please provide useful, constructive feedback. My biggest two
complaints were the amount of time it took them to respond and
corporates decision not to give them what they need to do their jobs
correctly and efficiently.
SprintPCS customer service has gotten a little better over the last
year, but it's still unacceptable. For example, who didn't dream of
murdering 'Claire' in her early days. Now it's very easy to get around
her.
