Whats the deal on the complete sense ?

I have had 3 different reps. try to sell me the complete sense deal, the
1st told me i can get unlimited long distance and local calls w/ my land
line for $15.00 a month, the 2nd said no it's for long distance only,
the 3rd said it covers long distance but local toll applies.
At this point I may just stay with sbc and call it good.
Anyone got the straight info on this ?

Yeah, I've got the straight deal because I signed up for it=20
myself. Sprint Complete Sense (SCS) comes in three=20
flavors. 50, 250, and unlimited.

50 and 250 both refer to the number of local toll and long=20
distance minutes you get with those plans, in addition to=20
unlimited long distance. Call waiting, Caller ID, and Call=20
Forwarding are included at no extra charge. Voicemail *is*=20
an extra charge.

SCS Unlimited is just that: unlimited local, local toll,=20
and domestic long distance for one flat fee. And it tosses=20
in voicemail for no extra charge.

Where I live, SBC gave us a limited number of intrastate=20
long distance calls for $5 more than we're paying for SCS,=20
*and* put our voicemail access number in a different area=20
code. As a result of that genius, not only did we use up=20
our calls accessing voicemail, but we used them up every=20
time incoming calls redirected to it also. We've saved a=20
ton just by not having that "voicemail in another area=20
code" stupidity count against us like that.=20

I take it those are the $ 50.00 + plans, I'm looking at them as I
don't like the deal SBC has about the internet, they are trying to say
that due to i-net usage I fall under a Bus. plan which is more and that
they will swap me next mo. I called to complain but they aren't giving ,
I did find out from a Sprint LD rep. that i-net is covered under their
plans, so, I'll be going with them, even at the 50 dollar plan I'll be
saving money over what SBC is forcing on me, sometimes it's a pain to
live in the country, but worth it when ya look at the crime rates in the
city ;0)

in one suit representing AT&T, making like Sprint is more integrated.

NONSENSE. Try getting your phone support from one person. Landline will tell
you to call wireless for PCS support; and PCS will tell you to call Sprint for
landline questions. No one at *2 can answer questions on landline long distance
for instance.
If you're lucky they'll offer to transfer you, and then you can wait on hold
again.
