    Received replacement phone from sprint... they programed with wrong phone
    number... took back and waited in long line for 2 f**# hours! They
    programmed correnct phone number and said everything was set up, including
    internet, but would take 2 hours to take effect. WRONG!
    When I couldn't connect to internet from cell phone, I called sprint. The
    service support told me to enter some number and check display. I did and
    she told me they couldn't set it up because the tech never set up correctly
    or it might be a bad phone. ARRRRGGG!
    She said I have to go back to the sprint store, stand in their FU#($* line
    for 2 more FU(#* hours and try to explain to the technician why they could't
    set it up!

    Summary: SPRINT SUCKS! DON'T USE THEM... YOU'LL BE SORRY!

    Not trying to do an argument here, just asking.

    So, why didn't you call up SPCS via a landline and just do it over the
    phone? If you haven't, use a landline, call 888-211-4727, and say
    "representative". Once you get a rep, quickly explain the problem and ask
    for a tier 2 rep.

    But evidently, not so much that you returned the phone and canceled
    service, since you clearly had them re-program and re-provision your
    phone. You have to admit your (already shoddy) credibility is seriously
    hampered by that little detail...
