They got on the 14 day deal. Remember thats only to get your money
back on a 30 dollar phone. Sprint/scum will send you a bill at least
$100 if you decide to cancel because of their crappy service within
that 14 day period. The people at Sprint will add extra bogus charges
to your billing statement as well. Sprint is a horrible company to
deal with.

Re: DON'T SIGN ANY SPRINT CONTRACT
I agree with you that Sprint sucks (from a CS and coverage perspective),
however keep in mind that every mobile phone provider will charge you for a
prorated portion of the month as well as your used minutes plus taxes and
possibly activation if that was part of your deal.....its not unusual.
Deal with it and move on!!! Check Verizon if you want good service. All
Sprint is good for is selling feature rich phones on a network that just
doesn't cut it in many areas!!! Even here in Miami (flat terrain) they've
got holes in heavily traveled areas where every other carrier has NO problem
providing service. Maybe one day they'll get it right! For now its just a
show of fancy phones and technology.....

Except Sprint, which charges for the full month without proration.

But his comments are exactly correct. I activated an Add-a-Phone last
month. After one week its Vision still wasn't working, so I cancelled it.
My latest bill now shows $226 of bogus charges on that line: a bogus $150
termination fee, a bogus $36 activation fee (which was supposed to be waived
last month for Add-a-Phones), and $20 of bogus monthly charge (also supposed
to be waived for Add-a-Phones). I fully expect and require every dime of
this nonsense to be removed from my bill. But it is frustrating.

You have been previously discredited by all your ranting posts and
inconsistant stories. Have fun with Cntr-C/Cntr-V ... you are a pro.

No it doesn't, it will prorate.

My Sprint store receipt clearly states:
"14 Day Return Policy:...You will remain responsible for all charges
incurred prior to the return of the phone (e.g., activation fees, service
charges, etc.) and will not receive a prorated credit for the monthly
recurring charge or refund for any unused minutes in your PCS Service Plan."
Why did you post an obviously incorrect response without even bothering to
check the facts? I can only suspect that you are referring to the rumor
that if the customer calls up Sprint and "asks nicely," the rep *may* agree
to prorate the monthly charge. This is better than a kick in the head, but
it is not Sprint's official policy.

You know Tom. I'm beginning to think that "Lawrence G. Mayka" is as much
a Troll as Phillipe is.

You must work for Sprint. Sprint after screwing their customers
enjoys calling former customers Trolls etc. Instead of fixing their
crappy service they rather just bash their customers. **** SPRINT,
THEY SUCK.

<sigh> Why do you folks who might experience a bit of trouble always have to
revert to calling other posters employees? Is this suppose to be the catch
all answer when no one agrees with you?
Neither Michael or Tom, or yours truly for that matter, have anything to do
with SPCS, save that we are customers ...

Oh, now I get it- Mikey can't read, because all the terms were in his
contract.

No, it's a lame tactic employed by people who don't have real arguments.
Mike would actually have credibility if he hadn't prefaced his current
posts with posts that said nothing but "SPRINTPCS SUCKS" for 100 lines...
lots and lots of those posts - no content at all...
