How do you change ring tones on Samsung I330 phone?

I and 2 other of my friends have this phone. I know how to install
and use the Palm apps and a lot of the features of the phone. One
thing that is making me crazy, though, is that I can't
change/delete/add new ringtones.

I know how to change the ring tones to the EXISTING ring tones in the
phone but I find it extremely hard to believe that a phone that I can
play Joust on won't let me add new ring tones. That is just
ridiculous.

Someone please tell me that I have completely missed something and it
is possible to change/add new ring tones to my phone.

No way to do it so far and i have been looking for almost a year
