Can the Sanyo VM4500 connect directly to a PC to download ringtones
    and sync contacts, etc?

Is there a cable or something that allows this?

You need SnapSync for syncing contacts, SnapMedia for pictures and
sounds. Both available from Futuredial.com. You can get the USB cable
    from them too.

Do you know if it's possible to upload games or ringtones from the PC?

Yes you can. The same data cable that works for the 8100 also works with
    the VM 4500.
