Porting Resolution at SprintPCS is supposed to fix problems
that may occur in the WLNP process.
Today they had a serious problem. They described it as a script error,
a bug in their system. The result is that dozens of SprintPCS phones
were deactivated when they shouldn't have been.

Spoken like a blind SprintPCS apologist. I guess its OK to have your
phone turned off by surprise. This uncaring attitude is exactly why
SprintPCS is ALWAYS rated last in Customer Service.

Wait until the recent AT&T statistics trickle down to these
unsubstantiated polls and surveys. You will be taking the caps out of
your sentences in the future.

Well, if even you, who are no longer a Sprint customer, know about this,
it must be in the news so you should be able to post a link to the story.
