    Two questions really.

According to the Sprint web site, PCS Premium Vision pack, allows:

"Up to $10 credit per month towards the download of premium services
(ringers, games, screen savers and other services)"

I called CS and was told that MobiTV is not covered under that credit
    but www.mobiTV.com states:

"Use your PCS Vision Credit to Get MobiTV for FREE!

MobiTV costs just $9.99 per month for unlimited usage. However, for a
limited time, subscribers to PCS Vision can use their $5 (Picture Pack)
or $10 (Premium Pack) monthly credits to get MobiTV. For more
    information, visit Sprint's Web site"

Is anyone actualy using MobiTV and is your credit covering it?

    Second question.

Is anyone here actually using the MobiTV service and would like to
provide some feedback? I found a lot of previous posts announcing the
service but no real world experience on the content other then it
provides roughly a frame of video for every 1-5 seconds and audio. Can
    someone expand on that?

Re: Vision pack credits and MobiTV

I have the PCS Vision Pictures Pack. On my bill I have the following for
    the month I used MobiTV:

Premium Services (Non-Telecom) Additional Usage Charges:
Idetic, Inc. Non-Plan Event Charges: 9.99

    Promotions, Credits and Adjustments:
PCS Vision Pack-Premium Services Credit: -5.00

So it appears my net cost is $4.99 for MobiTV with Pictures Pack.

Watching the news is actually okay. You are mainly interested in the audio,
and the slideshow helps with the story. It has a very slow frame update
rate (probably less than 1 per sec on average). I quit using it because on
my Samsung VGA1000 the MobiTV audio ALWAYS comes out of the earpiece on the
phone even if you have a headset plugged in. I don't know how you are
supposed to listen to it at an airport, etc. where it is noisy -- and be
able to see the slide show at the same time. The other annoying item is
their 'timeout' feature that buzzes the phone every few minutes and asks if
you want to keep watching. They assume if you aren't pressing anything, you
aren't actually watching it. This should be every 15 minutes or so, or
maybe at the end of a program.
