Just recently picked up a used Samsung N400, seems to work pretty
well... the guy I bought it from included a USB data cable to use the
phone as a Modem and to Sync. with my outlook address book and such.
Unfortunately the software has to be downloaded, as the CD didn't
have the software for this phone, but the license covered upgrades
that included this phone in form of a patch. Futuredial is the
company, and the support there is giving me a bit of runaround,
insisting that the CD should have had the required version of
software... So what I was wondering, is there any other software
programs that would allow me to sync. my address book... and more
importantly, is there software that will allow me to sync my palm
address book, as I don't actively use my outlook for anything but
    e-mail contacts.

    Thanks.

Future Dial will be happy to send you the latest version on CD if you
send them an original CD first.
