So many questions for our acquaintance, Phil.

Looks like I'm going to Verizon, and then I can get the Kyocera 7135
that Sprint decided not to carry. With my son across the country
    already
on Verizon (it had far the best coverage in Wahington, D.C.) the free
unlimited Verizon to Verizon is a big plus.

So, if Verizon has much better phones and service, why are you with
    Sprint still?

In fact, message# 3 in that thread, he still insists,

    "Sorry. I'm still quiting Sprint"

    You haven't.

Yup, everyone's Customer Service sucks, but Verizon sucks less.
    Consumer
Reports survey said so. Sprint's coverage where I live is such swiss
cheese its awful, T-Mobile, the German cell company is of course
    worse,
and AT&T has the worst customer Service.
    ****************

So why aren't you with Verizon?

You threatened, threatened, and threatened. Why aren't you gone?

I really don't have the time or energy to search though you 70+ IDs,
but I also do remember you making identical threats about you going to
    AT&T.

    Why didn't you?

So many answers with your selective picking of selective posts.

Why do you ask questions you already know the answers to? because I tell
people who have problems with SprintPCS to check with
    Executive Services?

    866-519-5698

Why do you want to make me the issue

    when as we BOTH know
    J.D. Power
    The Yankee group
    Consumer Reports

have each separately and repeatedly rated SprintPCS customer service
    worst?

    But you KNOW that already.

Sorry you don't understand that "looks Like" doesn't mean "I absolutely
will", on August 9, that was my intent.

But I got a good retention Deal to Stay with Sprint. But you know that
    already. Thats been posted too.

With SprintPCS employees like you it's mighty tempting.

My son left Verzion because they didn't have a Bluetooth phone that he
wanted for his 2004 Prius; but I posted that too.

Because Executive Services did good by me, when I had an issue.
but you know that already. And that's been posted too.

And Bobbie Smith complained to my ISP about my changing alias on USENET,
and they told him to go away, they had no problem with that. If you
**EVER** complain to Michael Arends about his multiple alias that he
uses for obscene posts, **THEN** you won't be a hypocrite. Not to mention
multiple return email alias RobjVargas uses, but you never said **BOO**
    to him about that either.

Early in December I was considering it.

Sorry, I have a nondisclosure agreement with AT&T Wireless. But you
know that already. Thats been posted too. So whine all you want, but you
know the answers already. They've ALL been posted.

Since most of that post was recounting your lies it's a good thing you
can look up archives isn't ?
As to folks saying anything about anyone else, I don't have a problem w/
them, they tell it like it is or was told to them.
You repeatedly post the same stuff over and over.
The gist of your response was full of , and I quote " but you already
know that as it's been posted here "
Well Phil, sprints ranking for customer service has been posted here by
you repeatedly so no need to do it again EVERYONE has seen it, also the
    # to executive services, the fact you think Sprint has multiple 'secret'
procedures. In fact very little of your multiple post need be repeated.
    So you can stop now.
That being said Phillie, if you post these things again anytime soon it
will be an admittance on your part to your adolescent trolling of the
group, also a confession your your hypocritical attitude towards others.
In short you will be without question confirming you are a troll and
    therefore not worth attention.
    Balls in your court .

Not a single lie amongst them. Name One, I disputed all his attempts to
make it look like I lied; he posted a selection of my posts, and omitted
the REST of the STORY for each issue.

    Having fun are we?

Time to post some FAQs for the rest of the SprintPCS users.

    Name one? How about these:

    Your lies:
Sprint offers the fewest phones of the top six providers
AT&T was not capable of offering 7pm nights
AT&T would not match web prices at retail stores
Cingular paid over $50B for AT&TW
Sprint PCS would be out of business by the end of the year
Sprint has no team handling Retention
Cingular was liable for the break-in at a third party authorized dealer
After a recent vendor problem, Walmart contacted each of the affected
customers, when it was actually the vendor that contacted the customers

Your attempts to argue both sides:
Sprint losing money, and yet *****ing when they don't pass savings on to you
Whining about coverage maps, and then using them to provide coverage advice
Accusing everyone else of lying, and then posting lies of your own (see the
    list above)
Pointing out every insult hurled at him as being inappropriate, and then
insulting posters who have proven his point wrong.

    Other deceptive practices:
Using multiple names in the same thread in an attempt to fake support for
    your lies
Starting a new thread on the same subject when you are called on your lies,
so that you can continue to whine without having to explain your lies
Purposely quoting out of context to avoid answering for your lies
    Purposely demunging email addresses
