    NO access to my account via vision. It took 30 min to fillout the trouble
    ticket lol then a responce time of 51 hours to look into problem roflmao

    No I have already been down that road. I tell all CSR's not to change my
    plan in any way on every call.

    It is working again, but for how long!

    They can not seem to keep their systems working.
