how to redeem a referal - help please

My friend has signed up, but how do I get the referal.
they told her to type something into the phone, but I just was
thinking we could do it at the web site. help!

On either of the two phones, the one being referred, or the one that=20
did the referring, dial #REF. The system will ask for the phone=20
number of the referred party, and the phone number of the one that=20
did the referring. And I think it informs you right away if either=20
is ineligible.

The referal should have been processed at the store where she/he signed up.
Nothing more needs to be done! If this didn't happen, go back to the store and
have them do it.
