I was thinking about switching to Sprint when I read about an unlimited data
add-on for only $14.99. I stopped by a store and the rep told me it's no
longer available except for business customers. Was this accurate?

No, it was not accurate. You should ask for a "Vision pack," that's the
unlimited data plan for $15, to be added on to a voice plan.

The one that's only available to business customers is the $80 plan that allows
unlimited use from a laptop using a PC connection card. The $15 unlimited
Vision package is still available but only allows usage from a phone's web
browser. It also includes 100 text messages at no extra charge or unlimited
text messages at a lower price than what you'd pay if you didn't have the
Vision pack.
