Claire understands "PRL Update" now!!!

She finally understands "PRL update" now, but she is too lazy to do it
herself--she transfers to the techs when you ask her.

She used to understand it just fine. From about 2002 to 2004 I never
had any problems when I told her "PRL update". I would then be
transferred to tech support. But in the past 12 months or so she no
longer understood that command. Glad to hear it's back again.

It's not that she understood it, it's that she *didn't* understand it!

As long as you said something that wasn't in her vocabulary, you'd be
transferred.

I think it was "selective understanding". When I would say
"Update PRL" it would reply that it would put someone on who could
help me "upgrade my plan".
