I have a Samsung A-something or another with vision. Use it as a modem all
the time. I recently heard of a bluetooth adaptor for cell phones w/o it.
Looks to me like it plugs into the top of the phone (where a headset goes).
For that reason, I am assuming that it cannot be used for vision data
purposes (since, I presume, it will only dial the phone normally, and #777
does not seem to work the same when dialed on the pad versus DUN.).

Anyone know of a way to set this up?

Can't be done. Those generic Bluetooth cellphone adapters are strictly
for audio. You'll either need to get a Bluetooth phone (i.e., LG PM-325)
or a Bluetooth PDA/smartphone--which would be rather redundant.

I use a Treo 650 and love it. YMWV.
