I want to transfer pictures (to be used as wallpaper) and MP3s (to be used
as ringtones) directly from my PC to my M300. Is there software to use with
a USB data cable or even Bluetooth to do this?
While I'm on the subject, what are the preferred encoding specs for an MP3
to be used as a ringtone, and what are the dimensions and color depth (bits)
for a jpg to be used as wallpaper?
I've searched multiple sites but cannot find this information for this
phone.

Have you tried to use Data Pilot? The program is not free but is very user friendly and there are different varriations of the program depending on what it is you specifically want to do. Check out www.datapilot.com. Hope this helps!!!
