Regarding Sanyo's

I am still getting word from a Sanyo insider that within the next 60
days they will introduce some new handset(s). One thing is for
certain the 7200 will come out, even if the PTT isn’t ready yet and all
new handsets from Sanyo will have PTT. They will maintain production
of the 8100 but the 5300 is at the end of its production cycle. The
other new handset will be a “high end model” I still don’t know if it
is going to be a smart-phone, slide form-factor, clamshell etc. but
it will be something special.
I will know more by mid august for sure, but I hope someone finds more
out before then.

I have been checking up on that particular model as well, it sounds
pretty cool. Please let me know if you find out just when it will
become available. I would like to wait for this one but I'm going to
need something real soon and I'm getting anxious.
