    To answer the question:

    Yes, dropping your Vision pack is allowed. You should be able to just
    sign up to a non-Vision plan (though to be absolutely safe, do it within
    your 14 day period). From there, Vision will still be enabled on your
    phone, but will be "casual use" and charged by the kilobyte if you do
    use it.
