Ok, well good luck with that. I usually get my paper bill about five
to six days after my billing cycle has completed, so you could probably
call Customer Care prior to the 14th and see what charges or balances is
on your final bill without actually waiting for it. Of course, given
past history with CSRs on the phone, waiting might be a better option.
Just be sure to keep a copy of all of the letters you had written,
any type of correspondance with Sprint, and your bills (whether they
were correct or not)... Hopefully, Sprint will do right by you and
follow through on what they promised you, but if not... at least you
have all the evidence on your side.
Are you with AT&T now? I remember that you also tried Verizon and also
had signal quality problems with them, too. Did you get that matter
squared away without much hassle?

Yeah, Verizon was nice and took the phones back without hassle. They told
me people were working on the tower in that area, and they were. My AT&T
service works well, even indoors. They even discounted the V60s to the
price advertised on the internet.
Thanks.

Generally, by definition, a troll is one who sees it necessary to change
his identity.
