Hello!
I recently bought a new machine which is running XP. I went to
install the sph i300 software (the palm software and usb driver) and i
received a message telling me that I should not proceed with the USB
driver installation since it has not been "certified" by XP.
I am trying to find ta newer version of the driver, but haven't been
able to find one. Also, not even sure who is responsible for the
driver ... sprint or samsung?
Any advice you can give is most appreciated.
Thanks!
Jennifer

Jennifer,
Don't let WinXP fool with you. There is nothing wrong with the driver for
your i330. Just ignore the warning. It just means that Samsung did not
get Microsoft's stamp of approval, not that the driver won't work.

The box said Windows 98 or better, so I installed SuSE Linux.

Just means that Samsung saved money by not paying to have it certified.
You may safely ignore that message.
